Our return and exchange policy allows customers to return or exchange items for free within 30 days of receiving the product. If you wish to exchange a product, we'll process your request within 7 days of receiving the returned item, and we'll notify you by email once the new product has been shipped. Please note that if the exchange is due to a personal preference, an additional $9.9 USD shipping fee will apply.

If you wish to return a product for a refund within 30 days of receiving it, please send it to our designated warehouse. Once we receive the item, we'll process the refund within 7 days. Please note that it may take 7-15 working days for the refunded amount to be credited to your credit card, depending on your bank's processing time.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos and notify us as soon as possible. We'll process the issue within 3 working days and provide a free replacement.

Please be aware that if the product is damaged due to customer misuse, we cannot offer compensation or accept returns.
